​Welcome to the Individual and Group Gallery

This is where you can order prints, posters, banners, keychains, and much more.

Please read the following before entering the gallery

1. Order Processing

• Pictures are processed and printed in batches.
• Orders placed before the due date will be processed together after the ordering period closes.
• We typically begin processing within 1–2 days after the ordering window ends.
• Printing and delivery to us may take additional time. Thank you for your patience — we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
• Late orders (after the due date) will include increased pricing and a late shipping/handling fee.

2. Delivery Options

• Most orders are delivered to the school/boosters for distribution at no extra charge.
• Shipping directly to your home is available for an additional fee.

3. Proof Images

• The images shown in the gallery already include the background, but they are still proofs.
• Minor adjustments may be made before final delivery depending on the pose.
• Collages are not shown in the gallery but will resemble the sample collage displayed at the top of the page.

4. Cropping Information

• Standard cropping is applied to all pictures.
• Feet will not appear in standard portraits. Most images are cropped at the waist or thighs.
• You may request a preferred crop during ordering, but we may adjust it as needed to best fit the layout.
• We always do our best to crop images in a way that minimizes incomplete uniforms.

5. Team Pictures

• Due to layout requirements, team photos are only available in 8×10 format.

6. Special Edits

• Special edits and blemish removal require an additional fee.
• Please add the Edit Fee from the last tab of the product list.
• Only one edit fee per order is needed.

7. Digital Downloads

• Download pricing is per pose. No bundled download pricing is available at this time.
• Downloads are released after we verify image quality, which may take a few days.
• If you need expedited processing, please contact us directly.
